What does it take to become a volunteer?

  • Be available both days 25 + 26 of October

  • Live in Copenhagen or close to

  • Event takes place between 8 am and 10 pm - we will work out schedules for each volunteer

  • Pre event meeting will take place at MOOD Visuals office - more info for those signing up

VOLUNTEER TASK WILL INCLUDE:

  • Help set up / unset the venue

  • Entrance check-in

  • Light maintenance at the venue (staff at Palads do overall cleaning)

  • Maintain the VIP area, clean and ready for lunch

  • Be around to guide our guests

  • Be in the different cinema rooms to help the moderators or speakers with whatever they need

  • Keep an eye on wardrobe

  • Help with portfolio review
